Privacy policy

Only to answer your request: an advisor writes to you on WhatsApp about your plans. We do not sell it or use it for other purposes without your consent. The processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up our relationship, then we delete it. It is only accessible to authorised agency staff and protected by security measures, including encryption.

At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Write to us on WhatsApp or come to the office: we will reply as soon as possible.

The website only uses measurement cookies (Meta) if you accept them in the banner. They are used to know which ads brought you here. If you refuse, no measurement cookie is set and the website works normally. You can change your mind at any time with the « Manage cookies » link.

Technical providers process some data on our behalf, only on our instructions: hosting and storage, e-mail delivery, WhatsApp messaging (Meta), online payment (CinetPay and, as a fallback, Moneroo, payment providers: Mobile Money and cards), artificial intelligence for the assistant and the marking of practice work, advertising measurement (Meta, only with your consent). Some are located outside Cameroon (for example in the European Union or the United States): these transfers are limited to what is needed and covered by contractual confidentiality and security commitments. The current list of providers is sent to you on request.

Our services are intended for adults. A minor may only send us data or create an account with the consent of their legal guardian, who can exercise their rights on their behalf.

To exercise your rights, write to us (Contact page, e-mail or WhatsApp). We answer within 30 days at most. You may also contact the competent personal data protection authority of your country.
