The agency is not an embassy, a consulate, a government body or an exam body. Decisions (visas, permits, permanent residence, admissions, exam results) belong only to the governments, institutions and bodies concerned.

We inform and assist; we do not give legal advice. For Canada, the files that require it are reviewed and validated by a partner regulated consultant (CICC member) before any submission; only that consultant may represent you before IRCC.

Our preparation (Academy) is independent: it is not affiliated with, approved or sponsored by these bodies. Our mock exams reproduce the format and level of the exams with original content; they are not official exams and award no certificate.

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy, in accordance with Cameroon law No. 2024/017 on the protection of personal data.

We do our best to keep the website and the Academy accurate and available, but cannot guarantee that they will be free of interruptions or errors. The rules of governments and exams change: always check the information on their official websites before taking a step. Nothing on this website removes the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

For any question or complaint, write to us from the Contact page, by e-mail or on WhatsApp with your name and, where relevant, your invoice or contract number. We answer within 24 hours; when something must be checked, we tell you how long it will take. If the answer does not satisfy you, ask an agency manager to review the complaint; you can then still use mediation or go to court.

Cameroonian law applies; failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts of Yaoundé have jurisdiction, without depriving a consumer of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
