What do you do with my number?
We only use it to answer your request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How do I make a complaint?
Open a request from your student or client space (« Help and complaints » menu), or write to us from the website's contact form. You immediately receive an acknowledgement with a request number. We answer within 24 hours, and a complaint is handled within 5 business days at most. If the answer does not satisfy you, ask an agency manager to review your complaint.
